Sinopec G5 Diesel Engine Oil 20W40 is an LMOA "Generation 5" lubricant engineered for railroad applications, formulated with high-grade mineral base stocks and a sophisticated multifunctional additive package. This formulation is explicitly zinc-free, making it highly suitable for use in diesel engines incorporating silver bearings or other silver components, where zinc-based additives could cause galvanic corrosion.
